Annual Report and Financial Statements
The trustees present their annual report together with the financial statements and auditor’s report of the charitable company for the period from the 1st September 2023 to the 31st August 2024. The annual report serves the purposes of both a trustees’ report, and a directors’ report including a strategic report under company law.
Executive Pay Report
The Academy Trust Handbook requires the trust to publish on its website the number of employees whose benefits exceeded £100,000 in £10,000 bandings. Pay benefits for this purpose include salary, other taxable benefits and the Trust’s employer pension contributions.
Facility Time
We have a duty to publish information every year about our usage and spend on trade union facility time. This information can be found in our published annual accounts above.
